Refund policy
§ 6 WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT (RETURNS)
6.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement without providing any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
6.2. To withdraw from the agreement, the Customer is required to submit a written declaration and send it to the Seller's registered office address or via email.
6.3. The Customer is obligated to return the goods in an undamaged condition, without signs of use, in the original packaging, within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
6.4. The Seller will refund the payments received from the Customer, minus shipping costs and payment processing fees, within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned goods
6.5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items from the “Second Life” collection. Each product in this line is handmade from recycled materials and is entirely unique, making it a non-prefabricated item as defined in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act.
§ 7 COMPLAINTS
7.1. The Seller is responsible for physical and legal defects of the goods under the terms specified in the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
7.2. The Customer may file a complaint about the goods if they believe the goods do not comply with the agreement.
7.3. Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Seller's registered office address or via email.
7.4. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller commits to replacing the defective goods with new ones or refunding the payment for the goods.
